I've noticed through the last years of losing weight apparently my metabolism has slowed down quite a bit. Is it possible that this is interfering with DMSI, maybe me refusing to put in the energy needed to fuel it? Because honestly I am still not seeing much from 2.4 and 2.5. I'll work on getting my metabolism up again over the next months (read that HIIT and weight training should be the most effective way), but curious if you guys think that might have an impact.
