Judging from their website, among the compounds/superfoods mentioned in this thread, only phosphatidylserine and ashwaghanda seem to be well-researched. I'm all for experimentation in general, but I've also never taken CoQ10 or GABA before (also I've never taken so many supplements at the same time), so I'm not sure I'm going to know for certain if any of those has any effect.
However, I found out I can buy certified bio Ashwaghanda powder in bulk from a local health store, and it's very cheap - so I'll go ahead and add that to the list.
Anything else seems to me like a long shot, especially since, as @yeah! said, the best boosters seem to be healthy food, enough sleep and compound exercises. For the most part I've got those covered.
