Hmm interesting, would the headache only be when listening to it? I've bumped up my hours of listening on E2 and most of today I had a headache, through the day I only listen to ocean surf, but I also turned up the volume of ultrasonic at night. I'm guessing for me it's either the increased input or resisting something it's trying to heal.
The headaches caused by ultrasonic at a volume that is too high dissipate in 5 to 7 minutes when the audio is stopped. That has to be something else.
