RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Illumi - 04-29-2016

So i have a general question on Asc. Would it work better on someone Who did AM6 one or twice?
How strong is The confidence aspect on AM6?

. Would a second and third run of sm3 help me better reach more goals and cement my results or would you suggest to alternate it with am6 again? I mean like i finish this run of sm3 and then back to am6 and then sms3 again!

I may be wrong, but if you wanna nail the bulletpoints of SM3, wouldn't doing back to back runs of that help solidify the results? Cause I'm not planning to do AM6 again for a while. After this, I'm gonna do SM3, then either SM3 again or WM2.

Your body is designed from the ground up to produce semen and orgone - the sexual energy that accompanies it - and to regularly express them. While it is possible to transmute your orgone, it is not so simple with semen. Over time, your body will become saturated with it and you will even begin to smell like it in your sweat. While this can take years without release, it still is a pretty good indicator to me, all told, that you are better off expressing it - at the very least, occasionally.

What about SM3 programming on this matter. I read that it prevent wet dream. Until now I didn't notice it (Almost finished stage 2). I'm looking forward to that because it seems like a waste when I have a wet dream. Until now I noticed the opposite effect, I have more wet dream than I used to have before.

It isn't designed to prevent wet dreams. If it does, that's the way that particular person's subconscious is interpreting the instruction set. It's designed to prevent you from wasting your sexual energy masturbating to imagery instead of using it to motivate you to actually go get real sex for yourself.

But I see that wet dreams leave a loophole. So perhaps in the next version, I will have to close that loophole.

First of all thank you for making EHPRA 2.0 for it ease my life in away it's easing the way I see myself. This is something I didn't get when using AM5 and AM6. I'm vulnerable, as in able to be who I am really is by minimizing the self-denying factor. I'm open to myself and people responded well. I couldn't believe how people open up their thoughts and feelings to me so easily. I just can't imagine how I will be when I'm finished with EHPRA 2.0. I could be a sage LOL.

But there is a drawback. I couldn't use EHPRA 2.0 without feeling tired and feeling the need to rest or at least lay down in my bed. I'm so relaxed or forced to be so relax in my everyday life. At some degree yes, I had enjoyable sleep, but most of the time, the time when I need to focus the most, I couldn't be optimal. So, would I decrease my exposure to 3 to 5 hours a day?

**My experience might help on making 5.5G instruction in the future.

PS: Get well soon Shannon!

If you're feeling tired, it's probably because of overexposure. So the obvious solution is to reduce your exposure time slowly and steadily until you find the right amount of time for you.

I suggest trying to reduce it one hour per day for a week, and then see if you have the same issue. If so, reduce it another hour per day for another week, and try again.

Thanks for the well wishes. I am pretty sure I have finished purging the poisons from my body as of yesterday.

You're going to see benefit from either option, but if you want to achieve sex, you're probably better focusing on sex magnet. If you want a stronger foundation, go back and run AM6.

In the end, it's up to you. Do you think you're not yet achieving all the SM3 bullet points because your foundation needs strengthening, or because you haven't yet mastered the SM3 programming? That's what I would look at to make my decision.

ASC will work better on someone who is more self realized. AM6 will develop your self realization level.

AM6 isn't really focused on self confidence directly, like ASC is. It's focused on developing the reasons why you would naturally become and be self confident. So whereas ASC will generate confidence, it will not tend to have the foundation beneath it as would the results of confidence resulting from running AM6. Which is to say, ASC makes you confident, but AM6 turns you into confidence. If you get my meaning.

I don't have wet dreams much anymore but they actually seem to increase my sexual energy not drain it like masturbation. I tend to be more horny the day after it.

Also when I used "overcoming porn addiction" I was having like 2 wet dreams a night and as that happened my sex drive was increasing, it seemed to be an important part of the reboot.

The goal, though, is basically to "trap" you and force you to act to get to sex, instead of sit there and be afraid or lazy. Wet dreams allow for the expression of excess orgone and semen. Preventing that would make the effort to trap you much more effective, because you would be much more motivated to overcome insecurities and fears to get to sex.

Shannon --

For my entire life, I've dealt with (what I believe) is chronic fatigue syndrome. I know that if I could feel energetic throughout the day, I'd function so much better. My AM6 runs have made it much better, leading me to believe that there's something deep within my psyche that's causing it to manifest on a physical level. I strongly suspect it's an incredibly deep seated fear, and I'm grabbing the new EPHRA and running it for six months to deal with that as soon as I finish this AM6 run, but I'm wondering if I should grab the new MHS when it's released and try that also? I recall you saying that it's capable of healing whatever's capable of being healed.

Thanks.

Same here. My symptoms are very close except it's more obvious in more challenging socia settings, like working/sitting in between people who I dislike, visiting a place I find boring, or simply being somewhere I have nothing to do. I become fatigued extremely fast as if I need immediate sleep, and gets better once I become alone. I think it is definitely related with fear. Sometimes I feel like my mind has escaped elsewhere, maybe the misalignment of attention and presence is what is causing the issue.

Yep -- that's how it is with me. It's like, I can get motivated for about an hour or so -- a HUGE improvement to my pre-AM6 life, in which I would get motivated for minutes. But then, there's the inevitable, undeniable urge to go somewhere alone and sleep. I'm coping right now through the use of a daily cocktail of adaptogens and caffeine, but I want to be completely supplement free within the next year or so.

Even while growing up, sleep was a "coping" mechanism. When something bad would happen, my first impulse was to sleep. After I woke up, I found I could deal with the problem much easier. It's like that grew and grew, and now I have the urge to just check out and sleep all the time, even though I know I'll be great when I defeat this.

In Stage 1 of my second AM6 run, I felt absolutely unstoppable. I still had that lingering "sleep drive", but it was crushed by whatever went on in Stage 1. The AM6 manual says that Stage 1 removes beta male thinking and provides a foundation for the rest of the program. So, my theory is that this is being caused by a mixture of intense fear and an intense sense of self-hatred -- both of which was being suppressed by Stage 1's programming.

I grew up a minority in a very racist town in the American south, where I was pretty much told that I was worthless as a human being on an everyday basis. Something tells me that this "sleep drive" is the manifestation of that -- perhaps a protection mechanism.

Anyway, AM6 is working wonders on that, but I'm not sure if it's the tool best suited for it. Sounds like EHPRA 2.0 will obliterate whatever it is, but there's the slight chance that it IS something biological -- although, I strongly believe that these kinds of physical afflictions begins in the subconscious mind.

MHS is designed to heal whatever physically needs to be, and can be, healed. It is extremely unlikely, given your description, that using MHS would be an effective path for you. That would basically be trying to fix a symptom, instead of the problem - in your case, I would say it's very, very likely that if there is any physical correlation to the "sleep drive" (which I doubt there is), it is the result of the emotional desire to escape the pain of experiencing being told you are worthless, etc.

Therefore, I say that with about 99% certainty, EHPRA 2.0 is what you're looking for.

So would physical changes subs work better in 6G?
Is changing eye color possible through subs? Like to green or grey!
