Hey, thanks 4K! I feel like I'm just really working through stuff. This subliminal is no joke! When you have a lot of time to sit around and contemplate the inner workings of your mind and life, I think that can make it more difficult. I'm going to just try and keep busy - finding more things to do!

Now that I think of it, our waitress last night had to come back to double check what I ordered (just me, no one else) and she got right in my ear and used her fingernails to scratch my shoulder in a very flirty kind of way. Not at all. If anything, I've felt more blasts of pure love when I look at her. Gratitude, appreciation, love, happiness for having her in my life.

I don't know what's been keeping me in the house, but it's passing now. I actually get pretty irritated when I feel like the sub isn't working on other women while out and about (including while I'm with my wife). She's not a jealous type. Neither am I.

I just read your conversation with Kenpaci. I don't think you need to worry about going astray on your wife, now that you are numb to IOIs. You didn't mention who was at the dinner table with you when the waitress was flirting with you. If your wife was present, clearly she wasn't intimidated by it... given the way you handled yourself!!

I was just perusing my old AOSI/DMSI journals.

Couldn't really find much from 2.1. It seems like some of my posts just disappeared. How could I have had just 1 or 2 posts? I know I made a post about my fishing vacation with my wife, about how I left my bag at home and had to buy a whole bunch of new clothes? That stop caused me to get a massive hot flash that simultaneously resulted in the cute blonde cashier having a very noticeable sex flush. I also posted a picture from the sushi restaurant I like of a young(er) girl covering her crotch. Can't find that, either.

I think it's interesting that I had dreams on 2.1 about women I currently know, personally, that I have a natural sexual attraction to. I wonder what the goal was vs. the sniper goal we have now.

Looking through my 2.2 journal, I almost think that was the best sub for me. Class reunion was a bust, it was small. Wife's class was 150 at graduation, I doubt there were more than 50 people there. A couple cute ones, but of course they were the "mean girls." That being the case, we "got looks," but it could have easily been because of the history. We talked to mostly dudes, b/c my wife apparently had more guy friends than anything. We bounced after an hour or so.

Which leads me to...

Dinner at a franchise steakhouse. In the past, I've always complained that I go out and get a guy waiter, or a fat chick. This server was SO cute. Girl Next Door cute. She reminded me of Minka Kelly. Her smile was absolutely radiant. Even my wife commented about it. Guys, I haven't been smiled at like this for a long time. It was the sort of smile that melts you inside out. I couldn't help but look for her, or stare at her when I saw her. When she looked at me, she'd burst into that smile and I couldn't look away. I kinda felt like a high school kid with a crush.

Of course, it didn't go any further than that, but I left with a spring in my step.

Listened to 5 loops US headphones last night. Had a couple dreams with naked people in them, don't remember much more than that. I woke with wood a couple of times, as well as my body radiating heat. I couldn't sleep with any covers on. My MIL is staying with us right now, and she's peacocking (peahenning?) this morning.

I seem to be in a lull-phase resistance-wise. I notice I've been thinking more abundantly, less about women I know that I've previously been attracted to (wanting their attention has diminished considerably), less irritability, less trepidation about leaving the house, more relaxed in general.

Something that I came up with out-of-the-blue that helped me tremendously is taking a deep breath and saying (to myself), "I have everything I need to transcend this resistance I'm feeling." Also, like during my E2 run, if I've found myself thinking about or envying others in any way, I think, "Well, that's them, and have their life. I'm my own man. I have my life, and I like it."
