Went to Wall Mart late tonight and in the parking lot, I lock eyes with this woman who's holding a 1 to 2 yr old toddler in her arms. She has this huge smile on her face. The toddler suddenly points at me and says "daddy". I'm looking back and there's no one there. As I made my way to the store, he kept pointing at me saying "daddy". On my way out, a south Asian woman is at the cash. She bags my purchase and has she hands me the bag, she's smiling and looking at me. But it's the look in her eyes that caught my interest. It's hard to describe, she's much shorter than I and the best way I could explain it is that she kept starring at me intensely like a puppy waiting for food.

Trained two female colleagues in the use of a software package today. One is a decent looking Eastern European the other is definitely not my type. I was interested in what would happened in close quarters with 2 woman for 3 hours. Apart from normal pleasantries, I felt totally ghosted attraction-wise.

Went to a work-related conference today. I felt totally invisible. As I left the conference, decided to put on the sub for a couple of loops as its a long drive home because of the traffic. At home town, I headed to the gym. At the gym, I headed towards the elliptical and started my workout. Near the end of my workout on the elliptical, a fairly tall woman, maybe 5.10 gets on the thread mill beside me and starts to warm up. It's worth noting that the cardio section of the gym is near empty and that there are plenty of empty thread mills she could have picked. I ended my workout and headed on a stationary bike on the second row of machines behind her row. The bike that I am using is approximately at a 30 degree angle on her right from the thread mill she's on providing a very good view of her back side. After her warm up, she ramps up the intensity and starts to run intervals. At the end of her first run, she jumps on the sides to rest while the machine is running. I'll try to describe what happens next below.

She bends over forward and grabs her ankles, and swings and rotates her butt in my direction, just like she's twerking. while bent over, I even see her looking backwards at me to check if I was looking. She jumps back on the thread mill for another run and jumps to the sides to rest. This time, she's squatting over the thread mill and points her butt in my direction again. She turns her head back to see if if was looking again. I smile, she resumes her workout. After her workout, she walks by in front and gives me this long stare. Too bad her boyfriend was there. After, the gym, I headed to the mall. On my way by the food court, I see these two Chinese woman chatting away loudly. One of them, sees me, stops talking and stares at me. She goes back talking and suddenly looks back at me and stares at me again. This went on, one more time.

Went to church this morning and in the parking lot, I lock eyes with a really beautiful Asian woman. Walking right behind her she kept turning back to look at me.

Lately, I have observed attraction coming in bursts, interspersed with two to three days of ghosting. Hearing that 2.5 is out, I may use 2.4 at night and 2.5 during the day to still get the healing until 3.0 is released.

Went to the gym tonight and a skinny 40 ish woman kept following me around. I would go to a machine, she would take the one next to mine. I went to the pectoral fly machine and she went to the dip station right beside mine. After my set, I went for a drink at the fountain, when I came back she was standing between our machines so I could't use mine. Waited for her to move, finally engaged her and made small talk so she would move out. Got playful with one female trainer who has a great body. She was coaxing her client to put more effort into his exercises and I made a "crack the whip" gesture to her and she burst out laughing. I responded "you go girl, crack that whip".

Something must have been cleared by the healing modules. The number of IOI's that I got today is off the charts compared to the numbers that I got previously. Went to the kitchen this morning at work and I meet this new employee who is absolutely gorgeous. I introduce myself, she introduces herself and immediately she leans back on the kitchen counter top, gives me this huge smile, all teeth showing, and starts to twirl her long hair in her fingers as she talks to me. Within a minute, I noticed her face turning pinkish red.

Got into a two hour meeting that afternoon with the second in command in her office. During the whole meeting, sitting across her desk, I see her flicking her hair and playing with her jewelry. As she talks to me, I notice an reaction that I haven't seen before, once in awhile, her upper lip twitching.

Went to the gym after work and the girl who gave me the butt display on the thread mill is constantly smiling at me when I cross her path. The female trainer who laughed at my crack the whip gesture yesterday, met me with a huge smile and made the same gesture at me. A lot of people at the gym called me sir.

After the gym, went to the grocery store. As I am walking near the cash register, this good looking south asian woman at an empty cash register looks at me and shouts, "I can help you here, sir". I wasn't done shopping but what the heck, since she offered, I decided to go with the flow. She processes and bags my order and has she hands me my receipt, she blurts out " have a lovely evening sir."

Was at a meeting this morning and the Eastern European woman that I trained with the software kept glancing in my direction. Went to the gym after work and the woman who kept following me around a couple of days ago was there. She sees me and gives me this huge smile and sheepishly says "Hi". The thread mill girl started to engage me tonight. I kept it professional as her boyfriend was there. Some of the men, that I've talked to tonight could't look at me as I was talking to them. I am seeing an improvement in women responses and knowing that 2.5 is out or will be out at any moment, I am conflicted on whether I should stick with 2.4 or transition to 2.5. Will try 2.5 for a week and will revert back to 2.4 if the effects lessen. I definitely want to have all healing done before proceeding long term with 2.5

Downloaded 2.5 and played a couple of loops. Dropped my son to school this morning. Went to pick him up in the afternoon and was met by his Educational Assistant. She's good looking, but she appeared to look behind me when she briefed me about my son's day. She wouldn't or couldn't look at me. Weird. Went to the gym tonight, and it's almost empty. This man who's half my age, spent the whole night trying to get under my skin. I was heading to the fountain for a drink, he cuts in front of me. I'm heading for a machine, he's cutting in front again. I'm heading to the fountain again, he throws a ball of paper towel in my direction, which barely misses me. He was clearly not happy with me being there and was definitely trying to get into a confrontation. I just ignored him, as he probably has some mental issues, and needs to get some meds or therapy. He eventually left as I just ignored what he was doing.

Went to the gym this morning and a woman who's coming in from the front door, makes a detour to the change room and sheepishly says hi to me as she walks by. This morning, I felt like planet earth with a bunch of satellites orbiting around. Maybe it's a coincidence, but as I was moving from machine to machine, there was a group of 2 to 3 women who were doing the same. Some of them occasionally peeked in my direction. Another one had this DIHL moment when we locked eyes. She must have kept eye contact for a good 5 seconds before she broke it off.

EDIT. Went to the mall this afternoon and got more than a few double takes from women that I came accross. My first impression is that 2.5 is very powerful.

Not much to report this week since starting 2.5 3 days ago with this exception. Went to the gym Monday night (5 days ago) and got very long stares from a woman on a thread mill as I entered the gym. The zumba teacher (latina, maybe cuban woman in her late 30's) came in soon after and as soon as she saw me, she greeted me enthusiastically. she went in the studio and from 50 ft away, saw her chatting with one of her student through the glass pane. She pointed in my direction while chatting with her student and both turned to look in my direction. As soon as I made eye contact with them, they both looked away. The zumba teacher was definitely snipped as she spent the whole class "eye f****** me" through the glass pane. Her class ended before my work out ended and she left without me noticing her departure. About 45 min later, I finished my work out and headed out of the door. I as I got to my car, I see her, probably 30 ft away, in her BMW texting. We make eye contact, I smile, she takes off. If I did not know any better, I could swear she was stalking me. Not sure if that is 2.5 working or if this can be attributed to the trailing effects of 2.4 that I was running previously

Since then nothing to report, no IOI's to speak off. It seems that 2.5 is generating this aggressive vibe in me as some men in the gym seem to want a piece of me. Its funny, because, I don't feel anger or aggression, while on 2.5. Yesterday, this early 20 ish punk douche bag was really disrespectful to me because accidentally used a machine that I thought he had vacated, even though I apologized to him for doing so.

I am afraid that I may have screwed up my 2.4 run at a time when I was starting to get really good results, by starting 2.5. Its been a week on 2.5 and I am giving 2.5 a couple more days and if results don't improve, I will downscale to 2.4 as it looks like I need healing for this sub to work for me.

Edit: at the gym tonight, saw a mom and daughter combo on the threadmills. Definitely got IOI's from the daughter. Will start 2.4 for a week tonight and see if it helps.

Ran five loops of 2.4 overnight and woke up literally on fire. Got this thingly feeling from my hands, chest and face. Made a purchase this morning and got a discount without even asking. The owner of the shop, a woman in her early 30's was super friendly to me. Got to the gym afterwards, and it wasn't busy, but the lone woman there kept smilling at me every time we cross paths. Went over to the mall in the afternoon and got a few long stares from some of the women. One incident in particular happened when one walked by and brushed against me. She apologized but kept looking back as she walked ahead of me. The version with healing seems to work better for me.

It will be a week of running 2.4 today. The week has been uneventful apart from baseline IOI's that I've been getting from various women. The IOI's have been limited to stares and a couple of double takes, with the exception of one time. I was eating pizza at the mall food court when a really good looking blonde in her 30's comes out of a store with her son. While walking, she's talking to him her face pointed at her son, but she's looking in my direction with this mischievous smile on her face. I don't dream that much, or can't remember them but had my first dream of sexual nature for the longest time that I can remember. I may continue with 2.4 for a while before switching back to 2.5

Went to the gym this morning and after 15 min of starting my workout a woman who was there last night came in and as soon as she saw me she smiled and jokingly asked if I had slept at the gym. The funny thing is that we did not have any interaction last night as I could not recall seeing her. Obviously she remembered. Went to the mall this afternoon and as I got there a blonde woman in her 30's with her partner was holding the door for an elderly lady. I was about to take over the door for her but she told me "You go first. You are so sweet". I laughed and thanked her for the compliment. I went to do some banking and headed towards the food court for a coffee and muffin. Waiting to be processed I see them in line a few concessions over. She has her sunglasses on but I can clearly see that she's intently staring at me for a good 10 seconds. Her partner see's this and he's giving me the death stare. Most hilarious thing I ever seen in long time. I probably outweight him by a good 60 pounds. I ignore him and head for a seat. About 5 minutes later i see her clearly leading the way for a table right behind me. She made sure that i had a good view of her butt as she walked by. By the tone of their convo, I could definitely tell that he wasn't happy with her behavior. I am planning to stick with 2.4 for a while before switching to either 2.5 or the next version.

At the end of the week in 2.4 since switching from 2.5. Nothing exceptional to report since the last time I posted. In the last few days, I've been really exhausted. Waking up on most nights with wood. Something new. Last night had a few dreams that I could remember. One was with one of my female colleague at work and the other was about fixing up a house that was broken down. Nothing sexual in the dreams as far as I can remember. Planning to stick 2.4 at this time

EDIT: almost forgot. This woman at work started to talk to me a lot more than previously. Can tell that she's definitely attracted. However, I'm not interested. She has nice face but she's as wide as a truck. She could be one of the contestants on the biggest loser.

Went to the gym last night after work. As I got in, a woman who regurlarly attends was about to leave smiled at me and shyly said hi. She was clearly displaying submissive BL (looking at the floor while smiling). I returned her greeting. She looked up at me and said enjoy your workout while heading out. She's in great shape and great looking wouldn't have a problem asking her out if I wasn't married. I'm the only one doing cardio and got on the treadmill for a run. About 5 min later, a really cute early 20 ish girl walks in and starts using the treadmill next to me. She kept peeking at me every min or so. Man, I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have handled things differently.

What RT Boss wrote about awhile back about missed opportunities really resonated with me and as I think about it, it could be a reason why I'm using this sub.

I seem to be getting better responses from men on 2.4 than 2.5. Respect from them is way up and I'm being treated as a friend rather than seeing the aggression that I've experienced on 2.5. Maybe for some of us, the version with clearing is the best option.

Not much that would warrant reporting to be frank. But to be fair, we are taking care of a disabled child. Our 11 year old son is a high functioning autistic, but requires constant supervision. His behaviors (obsessions and meltdowns) has been a strain on our relationship since he was born. It's been a long slog but he's slowly improving. However, there is still a way to go for us to reach some sense of normalcy as a family. Because of his rigidity to rituals, one of us has to sleep with him each night. Otherwise, none of us are getting any sleep. So that does not leave us a lot of occasions for intimacy and sex. Four years ago, I was overweight with constant back aches and having difficulty keeping up with my son. I got fed up and I started running back again (In my youth, I was a long distance runner) to lose weight. As a result, I went from 210 to 165 lbs, btw, I am 5.9. I felt too skinny at 165 and decided to start weight lifting in addition to running about a year and half ago. I am now back at 185-190 with approximately 15 % body fat. I would like to bring the body fat percentage closer to 10%. I was hoping that the improved looks and the sub would increase attraction from my wife but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary apart from her occasionally saying that I am spending to much time taking care of my girlish figure .

Thanks RTBoss. Yeah, you could be right. I've had a few complaints from her in the past that she thinks that I've been screwing around with one of my co-workers (never did, we're just good friends (she's married with kids), and making sure that it stays that way). To be honest, sometimes I feel tempted. I love my wife and my son and hope that I would try to think about the implications involved and the hurt it would bring if I was ever contemplating going down that route. But I do like to feel like a piece of meat.
