In my personal opinion its most likely either manifestation (perfect girl? job?) or body change (penis enlargement? muscle up?). Because these programs take time and it should start showing results just about at later stages of the AM, just like Shannon said .

The surprise will be what you focus on. I have a feeling what it is. Let's just say it is awareness.

The surprise, gentlemen, is something that will become most apparent near the end of the program. You will notice a dramatic shift towards it, starting in Stage 3 and getting stronger as you reach the end.

Speculate all you like, but don't think you know it until you get there and see it for yourself, and realize that everyone's specific experiences with it will be different.

I guarantee you that you'll love it once it kicks in though.

the secret surprise in AM 5 was some kind of social proofing I remember-I didn't
think anything of it at the time but once I found out what it was, it was funny how often that was the case.
when do we get to find out what it is? when the first user has finished Alpha 6.
