Waking up wise is pretty random sometimes there is sometimes there isn't.
The current FRM in DMSI is 4.1. Shannon made an adjustment for sleep to make it 4.2. Then, made another improvement: 4.3. He apparently just figured out 4.4. The latest iteration is going into DMSI 3.3-D, so that includes the modification made to keep FRM from affecting sleep.
