What results have you seen?
At times, a level of mental clarity and focus which felt like I was on modafinil. For the first time in my career being told I’m a top performer with my superiors main concern being that I’m given enough to keep me interested to stick around.
One project I was leading was about to get pulled because of a miscommunication from my boss on the day it was to go off to a client - normally this would immobilise me with shame, however because I could look at it as valuable learning fodder I was able to thrive an the adversity, and get things done anyway.
Because of the massive reduction in anxiety and clarity of mind I was piecing together a solid plan and acting on it for strategically having a much better life.
Now I just need it to work for everyone.
