This was not getting any love in the dmsi discussion post..so I thought I'd post it here:
Haven't made a separate journal but wanted to catalog some of my experiences.
Using DMSI 3.2 B for one loop caused my weight to drop and my gym capabilities to drop about 5-10% too. Was squatting less, benching less, etc. Some hits from it too though.
After reading shannons recommendation to go to 7 loops of side A if the above occured I noticed the following:
All from the last few weeks doing 6 loops a night:
*Focus on improving my skin quality. I started using a dermaroller to help smooth out and improve my skins appearence. I did this a few times a few years ago but not since.
*Shaved off my slight goatee which I have had since 2015.
* Doing exercises to help improve my jawline.
*Focus on meal plans and strategy to build muscle at the gym
*Urge to go check out pheromones. I used them more frequently years ago but lost interest after I found subliminals. Last mone I purchased was back in 2013/4.
All of the above has occurred effortlessly. Its almost as if there's a slight breeze guiding me towards doing these things.
Not only this...getting the above done and more seems to be causing me anxiety..like I'm not doing it fast enough...
@Shannon Is the sub gearing me up/ preparing me to fully execute? (it's executing now but readying me for the next stage)
