Methinks you don't comprehend what self validation is or how important and far reaching an impact this has.
Being self validating means that you choose for yourself instead of relying on others. It can be as basic as what you perceive yourself to look like; for instance:
Someone who is self validating will decide what they want to look like, and then achieve that look, and decide they are happy with it. Others may comment or conclude whatever they wish, but the self validating person does not need their input or necessarily care what others think of how they look. They therefore have a good self confidence, self esteem and self identity. This is typical of leaders, successful people and alphas.
Someone who is not self validating will constantly be trying to seek what others think of them, constantly be bending to the whim of what others say or think, constantly be seeking validation from others, and constantly be insecure about whether or not they look good and if others like them, what they're wearing, or how they look as a result. It correlates to low self esteem, self respect, self worth and poor self image, with a lot of fear and anxiety subconsciously. This is typical of "fashionistas".
This example is just one of many directions this can be taken. Self validation is a huge building block in a healthy and successful person, personality and psyche.
As well, how do you know who you can trust? And do you really need a subliminal to tell you this?
