Faster results will come from being more willing to be influenced and allow change.
It takes a certain degree of experience and skill to look at a natal chart and know how resistant a person will be to subliminal influence. I'm not sure I am even what you'd call "very skilled" in that direction, because really, I haven't done it a whole hell of a lot yet. But here is what I have noticed.
Fixed signs are more likely to resist change than Cardinal signs, and Cardinal signs are more likely to resist change than Mutable signs. That said, I have a lot of fixed placements in my chart, and they affect me just fine - because I cooperate and allow them to. "More likely" doesn't mean "will".
Elementally, Water seems to be easiest to influence, then Fire, then Air, then Earth. Again, this isn't a hard and fast rule, as the element will be sometimes countermanded by the other qualities of the sign. For instance, Pisces is usually easy to affect, but being dualistic, can be very resistant as well. Scorpio is the most "water" (emotionally sensitive and deep) of the signs, which suggests easy influence, but is also Fixed, and tends strongly to resist subliminals because the sign rules secrets, control and psychology, and is very wary of being "secretly controlled psychologically". So if a Scorpio placement is secure in itself and does not feel threatened for control of itself, it will be easily influenced; otherwise, almost impossible. This is the polar response of the Fixed triplicity.
Taurus, Fixed Earth, has the inertia of Earth and the Fixed triplicity, and is the sign opposite Scorpio in that axis. Where Scorpio and Taurus both resist for self control, Taurus may do so for no other reason than to refuse to cooperate if it is acting out of it's negative pole of expression, whereas if it is acting out of it's positive pole, stubbornness becomes strength of will, which is controlled, and may allow for relatively easy influence if that is the desired choice. Scorpio usually resists on the basis of fear of losing control of itself, but again, more mature examples are more secure and will make the choice, instead of reacting blindly.
Aquarius and Leo are the other two Fixed signs. Aquarius is difficult because it is so much of the conscious, logical mind. This actually impedes access to the subconscious mind to a degree, and the tendency to fixity usually makes it very resistant to changing being influenced by new ideas. Leo is Fixed Fire, and like all Fixed signs, tends to resist out of a desire for security and stability. But for both Leo and Aquarius, which are on the same axis, there is an issue of the pride of being right or not. Those examples of these placements that operate out of the negative pole (indicating less maturity) will tend to resist change even if they know they are wrong, just for the sake of not admitting they were wrong. It's a different kind of stubbornness than we see in the Scorpio/Taurus axis, but stubbornness nonetheless.
I could go on and on. It's very complex, and there are possible reversals even within a single sign. Understanding a whole natal chart and blending it together for the answer of how easily someone will accept subliminals is not easy to answer this way, but it can be done.

That said... Stage 2 of SM is finished. I can't believe how difficult it is proving to be to build each of these.
