That basically means you stop relying on the program for a while and get to become what it was trying to make you, on your own. You stop "being carved out" and wipe away the wood chips and really see what it did, without its help anymore. Once you have finished settling into being what it made you, without it's help, you can know how much changed and how much was the effect of the constant subliminal barrage. It also lets your subconscious filly integrate everything and that will form a new foundation for your next run-through.I touched on this on one of my posts. The brain is playing "catch-up" and it just takes time for all of that stuff to sink in. It's very important to be patient and not expect results instantly (I'm guilty of this at times... just being honest here!).
So the brain needs time to integrate the new programming. So using other subliminal is OK or does it also count as subliminal barrage?
Integration is a constant activity from the moment the new programming begins to replace the old. However, In such a huge set, with such massive and constant changes, it is important to give it time to settle in.
You can use other subs.
