your subconscious has figured out how to use epileptic seizures to prevent you from doing things it doesn't want you doing, then I cannot help you.  I will never advise you to risk seizures.  But I don't think that self growth is going to trigger seizures.

What I ment with it was that My mother and I both fear for me to work 5 full days because I use to get seizures not long ago

Back in 2017, We moved in with my Sister till we found a new house for us to live in. (My mom wanted to move somewhere else because my Dad Died at the end of 2016..) 

There was alot of uncomfortable stuff and I got a few seizure attacks starting from there.. It was also the time where I used Subs from a crappy 15 euro store that promised you good things in only 1 month... with non bineary waves... (man do I regret that..)

In fact it was the Moment I subscribed to your Experiences that I stopped getting seizure attacks in august 2020. The only moment I passed out was because I didn't drink enough water (hence why I now always carry a waterbottle with me) 

I still got pills for it though.. and I mainly suspect it was that cheap skate subs site that caused my Seizures to come back after I lost it at age 7...

I never told this to my mom though... but still there's still this kind of fear of me getting a seizure attack When I get to much stress again in both my mother and myself..

Okay.  Well, I'm no expert on seizures, and  I don't want you having them if it can be avoided, but you also can't spend your life hiding from what might happen.  That's the ultimate excuse to stagnate, do nothing and accomplish nothing.  Did the doctors tell you what they believe triggered your seizures?
