Spiritman, I'm not offended in the least. My job description is of maître d. It's pretty simple , and I put effort into it. My only hiccup was tardiness they pulled me aside about it, I listened, and start coming super early bc I live far away. When I did so, everything was fine till 4 weeks ago , I was super early , the place empty and after being badger three times with the " what are you doing ?" question I was asked to leave my job because I was too early. HR is lackluster in its performance, if it's one person , it falls on deaf ears.
There are situations like this. All I ask is for more pleasant sociability in AM7 bc another co worker there, disrespects the clients and staff and managers with impunity and he gets treated better and dare I say loved and allowed to do so.
