by victory i meant a highly positive outcome - not necessarily a fight - i only said it broadly, needs to be worded properly - as such descriptive words are misleading and mean different things and different degrees to different people, the art of war has no specifics involved, hence it is applicable widely - if you read the book 33 strategies of war you would understand that those principles are timeless in a social setting
