It would be cool to have more guys here comment on that. Real experience on the field would be useful.

2001 was the last time I had sex without a condom, and neither of us were drug users at the time (I'm pretty sure she became one after she dumped me, though). Still no STDs for me.

The likelihood of contracting something like AIDS probably does increase greatly with drug use.
