Okay, so just started on AM2011 Stage 3 today. Here's what I have noticed with Stage 2.
- I am very stable emotionally, even when I am alone for long periods of time.
- I am starting to actively seek out social situations, and even when I am not fully comfortable with it, it's a lot more comfortable being around strangers than it used to be.
- I am finding that people enjoy my company more when I go out.
- I am very comfortable in unfamiliar places.
- I am much more easily able to be playful and laugh with others.
- My walk haschanged, and I notice that it is slow and deliberate, and has a bit of swagger to it, but not much.
- I am finding myself in situations that I am very much not used to lately. Interest from women that has not been there before is now starting to show up and be more and more obvious.
- My confidence is very much "there", and so smooth and ingrained that I don't even realize it, in many situations. Not all, but many.
- My self control is exceptional. Not sure if that's from AM, but it is remarkable.
- Motivation to clean the house has been very low. Instead, I would rather get out of the house and enjoy the sunlight, wind, etc.
- I am starting to feel like a genuinely desirable man again. That took a serious hit after my last relationship ended, especially since it has been so long since I have had any reactions from women, but I recognize now that that had to do with me having walled myself off emotionally in order to heal.
- I handle situations where there is no particular leader by assuming the role fairly seamlessly in most cases.
- Socializing has become much easier, more fluid and more comfortable all around.
