I haven't updated for a while because there's been nothing to report on.
I have been playing this sub for an average of 12-14 hours a day on both masked and ultrasonic through earphones. I have made the effort to vary my social habits but there haven't been any 'promptings' or 'nudgings' since I last reported. I haven't felt the urge to do anything regarding going places or being somewhere in particular. I haven't noticed any change in women's attitude towards me either.
One thing I have done is join the nofap brigade after watching those videos Catman mentioned. It made a lot of sense to me and I haven't fapped since 5th Nov (This is my own effort, I'm not using the nofap subliminal or anything). I plan to go the 90 days despite some very near relapses and the occasional edging session. I haven't watched porn either although I do still look at hot chicks on you tube. This is a great achievement so far as the longest I've managed in my life has been 10 days, after which I was almost crawling the floor trying to resist the desire for a tug. I keep trying to give myself excuses to relapse but I know that's the withdrawal symptoms. On the positive side I do feel more energised and healthy within myself.
I'll keep playing the AYP sub. It''s almost 4 months so I'm technically halfway through it.
Being 5G I wouild have expected some more obvious and faster results like 4kingdoms had, especially as there's no other nichy requirements like specific hair colours, bodily or personality traits!
Did join a couple of dating sites but as usual I just get matched to the old trogs.
