Today I dream't that I was talking face to face with my College Teacher.
Its strange that every time I dream something related to fear...I relapse the same day.
Guess its some kinda pattern..
Also Today I was thinking to stop listening the current Sub and start listening to "Overcome Fear Sub"..
But I don't plan on doing that. I know This is what you guys call resistance.
I still fear going outside and socialise(specially college) due to this I havnt been to college since month.......
