Well it depends on how you view the universal laws, (There are a few ways to view them) Actually attracting into your life, depending on our belief systems in one reality which every person is in.
Or we each are in our own individual realities, always shifting to different parallel realities, depending on our belief systems.
I would go deeper... but I will leave it at that, as not everyone is willing to go too far down the rabbit hole of understanding physical reality.
