Hey mate I came across a thread/post on this site a while back that brought this topic up
According to what I recall, Shannon said that he had researched this and felt that this wasnt effective etc
I guess because these subs work for many then he must be doing something right
However i hope someone with more information about this can tell us if what I say is correct
