In that case, yes, absolutely it's fine. You don't need to run it constantly like that. What I do is, I have it running, need to do something quick for a few mins, I mark the time, I pause the sub, do what I have to do, then come back and press play and mark the time again to keep track of my hours listened down to the minute. As long as you hit your daily target, and the whole range of the track gets played several times throughout the day, you're golden!
