Hey Smash and the rest, I also have Cory Skyy's program and since you're talking about spoken and other affirmations, I would like to ask you guys your opinions. I've been doing affirmations for awhile. And I understand that you have to "feel" them or something, which only adds stress to me. And I understand that stress can kill results with affirmations?
Also, I'm doing affirmations for things I genuinely want in my life, so I don't understand this generating more feelings. I would think just being in the present affirming something that I think would be great to have in my life would be enough.
When I started the subs, like nine months ago, I felt the feelings of euphoria. I could even tell when the Ultra Success track was on, because that was causing deep euphoria all by itself without me doing anything. I don't even know what most of the affirmations on that track are!
Most of the books and information I've come across regarding affirmations make it seem like you have to force yourself to generate the feelings you want. But most of them never mention being in the present or a slightly altered state, such as being relaxed and meditative. I was just wondering what you guys think?
