Sounds like you can just take a simple self defense class

can you name me a few simple ones

You can try Krav Maga, pretty effective and easy to learn, but as always without any effort you wouldn't see any results. Other option is to do AM and simply people will avoid attacking you then where are a lot of weaker, not so confident people to steal money off.

have you ever taken lessons in krav maga? do you spar full contact?

I would like to try that, but I work and study so don't have as much spare time I would like.

a sub to increase reactions and strike accuracy would be effective, but nothing like that available.
