Thanks, I have no plans of combining both together. I plan to resume AMYIW upon completion of AM11 but will combine it with Exercise Motivation & Enjoyment.
Will AMYIW decrease the effects of AM11?
All subs up to the start of AM11 where in prep for AM11. So now that I'm using AM11 I'm full of questions.
My next question deals with brain bandwidth required by targeted subs for the target and for non-targeted listeners (I’m not asking about the effects of instilling a new behavior)
In regards to sub exposure, what bandwidth reduction (effective reduction), is there to listening to a names embedded custom subs designed for someone else or a sub designed for the opposite gender. An example if two subs were played back-to-back on a loop for 12 hours and one was designed for a male while the other was designed for a female or one has the name John embedded while the other had the name Jill embedded and both John and Jill had a full 12 hours of exposure. I would expect that both would get 6 hours of targeted exposure which would consume 6 hours of brain bandwidth (decode store assimilate).
My question is what bandwidth is consumed during the other 6 hours of exposure (non-targeted). Does the brain shut off upon the beginning of the affirmation when it determines that the affirmation is not intended for it or must it decode the entire affirmation, examine it then determine it is not for it, and thus not store it (all of which consumes brain bandwidth)? If it's the second then the net brain bandwidth consumed for the 12 hours is much greater than 6. Does the bandwidth used by the non-targeted exposure count against the total recommended exposure time limits per day.
In other words, what percentage of the non-targeted exposure time counts as down time and would allow for the assimilation of the targeted sub? When determining the total exposure time would John and Jill both calculate 12 hours of exposure or 6 hours or something in between?
Ideally it would be great for both John and Jill to each get net 6 hours of brain bandwidth reduction when the back-to-back loop is played for 12 hours. The concern is when the loop is played for 24 hours, is it possible that both would saturate and reduce the overall effectiveness.

But if the loop is for 24 hours they may both saturate and reduce the overall effectiveness. Hmmmm maybe I should not think about sub exposure when I wake up in the middle of the night.
Wow now I'm posting double vision
