*I am quite surprised how alot of members expect one run to do the trick. Then they buy another full-fledged 6 stage program, do it and then wonder why it didn't have the full effects.*
Me? Im running this 2 or 3 times.
Silent Alpha is what im going for. I can always add icing later (WM or SM).
