No, James, Alpha male will not turn you into a womanizer. Alpha Male will make you authentic and believe in yourself. There is none of that PUA crap in the script. If anything, you will treat women (and others) with respect as you progress with Alpha Male. With that being said however, you won't let them use you and walk all over you.
As far as personal needs go, just make a note on what areas you would like to improve on. Also when starting alpha male, (this is a tip from another forum member), make a note on what you are feeling and experiencing at that very moment (I feel x or y; I am experiencing x, y, etc.).
