It's quite a challenge for me not to swear. As I am surrounded by it all the time working security in a nightclub. And with alot of communication with certain people it is needed. The language of the street in a way and I have become quite comfortable with it I guess.
Yeah i've got about 16 days of stage 2 left and am noticing alot of good things, mostly confidence and dominance wise, not so much motivation. I was a bit more motivated and added fitness to my martial arts training, but that only seemed temporary and not as much as I want.
Ok, so I listen to alpha male 8 hours each night and usually an hour or 2 a day on my computer, how much hours of exercise motivation and enjoyment should I add to that? What stage does alpha really cover exercise motivation? Maybe I just haven't got that far into it yet?
