Well, the silent files were probably rebalanced. Just as a test I have cranked the files to full full volume, and never heard the sexual sounds. Either way... I have decided to use Volume 2 and Volume 5 regularly, as you can see from my new Journal thread.
So far, no real results, but we're only on the second day, and I know this should be a marathon, not a sprint. Fingers crossed!
