Laughing at stuff that isn't funny is definately a sign of attraction.. you have too many limiting beliefs Ricardo. She doesn't have to laugh if it isn't funny to just be polite as you say.

Just because you don't like the idea that it's out of politeness doesn't mean it isn't so. Either she's laughing as you do when you find something hilarious or you get the ha ha nervous not laugh, but just trying to make the speaker feel better. It doesn't necessarily mean they are attracted as I've laughed at peoples 'jokes' or banter in a social setting just to keep the atmosphere lively but also thinking what a w*****r that person is.
Of course I don't know the exact circumstances of LL's encounter so in his case I may be wrong.
Well that may be true, and women are nothing if not social creatures, yet, when a woman busts her gut at something I said that could in no way be considered a joke or even humorous it means at the very least she feels safe to laugh at something that SHE finds funny, thus, you are, at the very least, providing an atmosphere for her to be herself.
