Day 32 Of Stage 1
I will record the end of this stage so at the end of sex manget 3 I will maybe notice some change.

I slow down my urge to watch porn. I have more eyecontact but the cutest girls seems to ignore me. Today I had this one guys at the grocery store who wanted to talk with me. I had to cut the conversation because he didn't wanted it to end. First time in my life that random people tried to talk like that with me. Maybe my value as increased .... And I have more people asking me for direction or things in one month than in my entire life. Girls seems to enjoy conversation with me now. I used to be the one that girls didn't talk a lot to. Friends and family is messaging me a lot too.
So at the end I am no longer this invisible man that was ignored by everyone, family, and friends. I am feeling that I have more presence now, I have more value and people can see it.
