Socializing is not the main thrust of the program, so it is added later on in the set. But being bad socially usually has to do with factors that are dealt with right out of the gate, such as fear.
I don't have the "when it is introduced" for every detail memorized, but if I know me, I would probably start adding that in for direct access around Stage 4.
