Hmm, i'm not sure about modular or a 9-12 month program. My challenge is that I find it hard to stick to things. I've stuck to the subliminals so far for longer than I stick to most things though.

So maybe in the subliminals something about sticking to your projects/goals/whatever in the long term?

Especially the motivation/procrastination/passion/persistence as they are big things I want to improve and build on that i've really been missing.
