So, as far as I understand it BASE works like this:
- if you already have an entrepreneurial goal (i.e. trading), it will support you to achieve it.
- if you want to start a business, it will support you to achieve it.
- if you don't know what to do to become an entrepreneur, it will help you to find a field or topic to succeed. You will learn what you have to learn and you will start a business or don't, but BASE will support you if you let it. So this one might take longer, because you first have to figure out what to succeed in, but BASE will help to speed up this process.
There's so much great stuff in BASE, I think it could help also if you're an employee, but on the other side, that's not being an entrepreneur. But since Shannon stated it doesn't force you to do anything, you can still be an employee benefiting from BASE in your job and start being an entrepreneur in your freetime. At least that's what I'm hoping and understanding, cause not everybody already killed his job before BASE.
