I look at as if you're not that good in bed or you have no experience. SM3 has the potential to give any guy who uses it, more stamina which will allow him to pleasure his woman or women more often. Also, you know how women like to talk if their guy is great in bed, the guy will get free advertisement by just having his girl tell her girlfriends how great her guy is in bed. That alone could get the guy to have threesomes if his woman is open to that. Or it can allow him to get any woman he wants to have sex with because he is confident in his ability to pleasure any woman at any time. Women will sense that in a guy because he will just give off that sexual vibe that women can pick up very easily.
Hence, if you're good in bed and your woman or women know it, you will have no problem getting any woman you want.
