Why does everyone think BASE is anti other subs 
I think shannon just said that BASE will remove your focus from anything that's not related to entrepreneurial(is that a word!?) success, that's it, because that will be against the aim of BASE. So if you think neediness will help you in becoming am entrepreneur than yes BASE will nullify it, I think it's that simple...
