From what Shannon said this MPME technology seems so hard to build that a 6 stage subliminal might be impossible to build or might take a year or 6 month to build 
Who want to wait that amount of time when Shannon has almost finish base 5G.
Plus I think Shannon is going to test this MPME technology on simple stuff like ASC first so Base 6G is not going to happen anytime soon
