Thank you for your inputs guys. It seems to get better and better. My mood is definitely better but the feeling is still there. But I pay less attention to it and it doesn't bother me that much. Have been doing lot of mindfulness training. Hope it will help sitting with that emotion. I already feel more at peace. Cannot tell if this is mindfulness or sub, but it feels good
