The fact that I would be between 2 stage, Do I have to take the missing day rule on the stage 5 or 6 or not at all? (I want to be sure you understand that I would be neither on stage 5 or 6 because I would have just finish the last day of stage 5)
You should not pause between stages. That will be a disruption in the programming, and you'll have to refer to the instructions for how to fix it.
Quote:2) What would be the best way to listen with damaging the less possible my tinnitus?
ultrasonic with speaker, masked with speaker or with a headset masked?
If I use a speaker and I put it more far away would that improve the situation?
I tried recently to use a speaker with masked but it didn't seem to improve anything.
Maybe my speaker is of bad quality so the sound is too harsh for my hearing (70$ speaker). Would buying a better quality speaker help me?
The best way to listen to subliminals without aggravating tinnitus is to avoid the use of ultrasonics altogether and use masked track of your choice at a medium volume, on speakers. Tinnitus cannot be triggered by masked subliminals any more than it can be triggered by listening to sounds of nature. If you experience tinnitus with using ultrasonics, you may either have a pre-existing sensitivity/case of tinnitus, or you may be using the program at too high a volume for your ears.
The further away you put the speaker, the lower the volume. You might as well just lower the volume.
Speaker quality on the masked tracks is not likely going to make a significant difference.
Quote:3) I have used recently a very low volume compared to when I started the sub, will this create an imbalance?
From what I understand if you listen less it create an imbalance but if you listen to lower volume if that the same thing?
Lower volume creates less impact, but also allows deeper levels of the subconscious to dominate in their perception. I'm not sure if it would create an imbalance. I suggest keeping a steady volume.
Quote:4) Maybe if I listen the day instead of the night it would be better because I ears would have time to rest the night.
Ears don't rest. They function 24/7, and your subconscious does too, always picking up what you hear. If you want to focus on day usage, you could certainly reduce the amount of audio you are being exposed to, and that may help.
Is that a good or a bad thing? How do you translate that in a daily life behavior sub wise? What would it changes in real life?
