I am not an expert on ADD or it's causes. However, as far as I have been able to determine, it is commonly correlated to significant amounts of brainwaves outside the Beta range while your brain is supposed to be predominantly in Beta.

The best way I know of to retrain your brain back to Beta level dominance is using brainwave entrainment, and I suggest using 30 minutes of Beta entrainment when you wake up and around lunch time.

BASE has a number of things in it that may help, but I am unsure as to how much they will help.

EDIT: I am choosing between AM and BASE at the moment, it's either I build some foundation with AM first before I go towards the entrepreneurs path, or if BASE can help guiding me towards the same thing then go with BASE. I seem to be the worst guide in making the best choices for myself.

You would not use them literally at the same time, but you can use the sub along with brainwave entrainment at different times, during the same overall period of time.

AM will provide a good basis for everything, but BASE is designed to get you focused on the goal. AM will have you focused elsewhere. The choice is yours.
