When I say you can leave the speakers on 24/7 I don't mean you should expose yourself for 24/7. You will exhaust your mind with too much exposure, ause you cannot process the input and then the effects will slow down because you can't keep up with processing the input. 12 hours a day is fine for most people. You don't have to try to drown yourself in it. I get 8 to 12 hours a night of exposure. Overdoing it isn't going to help.
