Doesn't matter in regard to what you spoke about earlier.
If you listen with earphone/headphone you will get faster/better result (more data input).
I use only earphones too, the only problem that you might have would be ear ringing (tinnitus). I have sensitive ears so sometimes it's harder so I listen to a "lower" volume sometimes.

Yeah, I also prefer to use earphones only, as you can do it in your own privacy...!
