The way it worked for me, was my attitude. I held myself stronger, more confident, more bold and comfort around women, also the sly smile, the indifference towards women, and the feeling of greatness. By having this attitude everything changes from the expressions on your face, to how you walk, to the clothes you wear, to how you speak, react, and analyze things. Everything adds up, just like someone who isn't necessarily the best looking person can still be 'attractive'. Attractive is different in my book, attractive, has to do with the complete package, IMO, not just looks but personality. As for the looks, the way it worked for me was I no longer had any 'negative' flaws. I have flaws in my appearance but when I looked in the mirror, I didn't have negative thoughts because they were replaced, thus, I didn't get down on certain parts that I disliked, I learned to like them. And once again, attitude plays into that by how you express your looks.
If you've ever seen the movie, Youth in Revolt, you'll see how everything about the character changes as soon as he rebels, his looks, personality, everything, it makes him more attractive (he is no longer a wuss).
