I felt really tense. Kind of had a tension in my chest too. The whole time I just wanted to get away. I kind of struggled talking too and my mind didn't feel like it was working right.
I see what you're getting at though. I need to stop looking deeper into things that aren't there. Just notice what actually happens and work on that instead.
Anyway thanks. I probably sound like a broken record when it comes to this stuff. But I guess I do get caught up in these thought loops and have trouble pulling myself out of them.
