I purchased the authentic PUA home study course over a month back and I read through it. We have this knee jerk reaction of saying sorry even when there is no need to say sorry especially in the UK. I have to pinch myself to remind me not to say it when I dont mean it.
Another is laughing at your bosses jokes even if they are not funny again this is a knee jerk reaction to avoid conflict. Hopes this makes sense if not just shout
