It is recommended that you use 8 hours a day as your minimum exposure value. Therefore, if you listen 3 hours a day, you are only getting 3/8ths the minimum optimal exposure time, meaning you will achieve your goal 3/8ths as fast, which comes out to 37.5% of the rate you would if you used it the minimum recommended amount of time of 8 hours per day. So at 3 hours per day, it will take 2.66 days to get the equivalent of one day's exposure from 8 hours, and at 4 hours per day, you are getting 50% of the recommended minimum amount of exposure.
