Alcohol's effect on the subconscious has not been much studied, to my knowledge. But because it is a drug that affects the brain physically, I believe it seems reasonable to believe that it would likely affect perception subconsciously in similar manner to consciously, and distort the input according to the amount of alcohol in the system.
