After observing multiple instances of various things I have been watching, I am going to revise my statement as to the optimal amount of time to listen to a subliminal program per day. I now believe it to be between 8 and 12 hours. Ironically, this appears to work faster in many cases than constant bombardment, because it allows for the subconscious to rest, assimilate and act on the programming.
If you are using one sub, use it 8 to 12 hours a day. For two at a time, use each one for 6 to 8 hours a day. Three subs, use each for 4 to 6 hours a day. More than three at a time is no longer advised at all. Fewer is better: focus, focus, focus!
