Day 18
Many changes as well as shifts have been occurring in my mind from using this program. I believe the motivation feeling being produced has made me think about getting as much done in a day then ever before. I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years and lean more towards being a strategist. I inherently move towards methods that produce more for me during my day. I've looked at the prep tests that fire fighters and police officers have to do in order to be in their careers. They look simple and after this program I want to be able to score very high on them. I'm eating cleaner now days having only what is necessary to fuel myself for the day. It's like the more improvements I gain the more I realize that there is to work on. I see it as a motivating factor though as all the knowledge is going to have an amazing influence on me when I achieve my goals. Just finished being intimate with my girl 30 min ago, she complimented on how strong my arms felt. Things are moving forward
